Tatchies (769623-6756) is the company behind this service, and is the responsible party for the technical aspect of the store as well as the delivery of the goods.
Purchasing Conditions
§1 Contracting party
The information below relates to this website/webshop and its content, and is run by Tatchies, also called the Company below. Customer service also refers to Tatchies as a company and can be contacted on naz@tatchies.com if nothing else is advised. You can also call us on +47 944 77 865.
§2 Print errors
Tatchies refers itself from possible print errors in this webshop and the Company does not guarantee that all pictures exactly reflect the looks of the products.
§3 Minimum order amount
The smallest order amount possible is €18
§4 Age limit
A person under the age of 18 years must have a permission from his or her legal guardian in order to be make a purchase.
§5 VAT
The prices includes 25% VAT according to Swedish law.
§6 Ownership
All goods remain the property of Tatchies’ until full payment has been received by the Company.
§7 Rights of regret
As a customer, you have the right to return an item for 30 days after the goods has been delivered, under the prerequisite that it has not been used and is returned in an unscratched condition. Always return the original packaging of the product’s and eventual brand tags.
In case of return, it normally takes 14 days before you receive your refund. In occasional cases it may take up to 30 days before a refund can be made, but this is the maximum time according to Swedish law.
In case of return you, the customer, is responsible for the delivery charges when shipping the good back to Tatchies. This follows regulations by the Swedish law and the recommendation of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
How to return a product
When you are to return a good, no matter what the reason may be, you are recommended to use the packaging used when the good was delivered. Tatchies covers the shipping charges when a good is returned as a reclamation. When exchanging a product or returning it, you, the customer, are liable for the cost. Also note that you are responsible of the return and delivery of the goods to Tatchies.
When having used a debit or credit card, a monetary refund will be repaid to the card and that account. If you paid by invoice you can disregard from it after a notice from Tatchies has been received.
§8 Reclamation
You are guaranteed an impeccable good at delivery. Should it have a defect, Tatchies will of course cover the shipping charges for the return of the product, under the condition that you have contacted Customer Service on naz@tatchies.com as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after delivery.
Should the good break or become flawed at a later occassion, Tatchies will evaluate it and thereafter decide whether we will send out a new product or issue a gift card; this, under the condition that it is the quality of the product that caused the defect. In some cases, if the good has been forwarded to the supplier, it can take up to 14 days to get an answer. In exceptional cases, a refund may take up to 30 days, which is the maximum time according to Swedish law.
§9 Inaccurately delivered good
Should it occur that Tatchies has made an erroneous delivery, we ask you to contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct the problem.
§10 A delivery not collected
Tatchies logs all our packages that we send out. Should we receive a package that has not been collected from your post office, we will charge you as the recipient €30, expenses due to the handling and administration of the the package. You will receive an invoice from us within three (3) days after we have received the uncollected package. Please note that even though you do not want the good, you still need to collect it from your post office. To collect the package is therefore cheaper than not to do so.
§11 Shipping charges
Depending on where you want the good to be delivered, the shipping charge is different. Tatchies provided two shipping options. Shipping within Sweden cost 12 SEK and international shipping is €4. A third option is to tweet or like our products to receive free shipping.
Payment Terms
§1 Payment options
Tatchies uses PayPal. PayPal is the safer and easier way to pay. You can use your credit card or bank account without exposing your account numbers. You can link your credit card or bank account to your PayPal account so you don't have to enter your card number or address everywhere you shop. Just log in to PayPal and quickly check out in a few clicks.
Terms of Delivery
§1 Order confirmation
When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent out to you by email. Be careful and control that the email address you provide is the correct one. Should you find any discrepancies, please contact Customer Service immediately. Remember to save your order confirmation and in case of contacting Tatchies, please provide us with your order number or have it available.
Would you like to abort or change your order, be sure to contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Tatchies works continuously with packaging and delivering goods, and therefore hope to be able to help you although this is not always possible.
§2 Delivery time
Normal delivery time is between 7-10 days. Some products can, during periods of high activity and peak season laws, have a somewhat longer delivery time but this information will in such cases be communicated to you.
§3 Backorder listed good
Tatchies reserves itself for possible printing errors in the store that leads to cases where we cannot deliver your product in time, or problems caused by our suppliers. In such cases, you will be notified and presented with an option to abort your order. Should you like to cancel your order, or have any questions concerning the delivery or good, please contact Customer Service.
§4 Transportation
Tatchies send all its packages with the Swedish Post office. If the goods is damaged or disappear during the transportation to you as a customer, Tatchies is the responsible party. If you haven’t received your product during normal delivery time, please contact Customer Service. Tatchies is responsible to reimburse you for a product gone missing or having been damaged during the transportation, but you as a customer are required to contact us within 14 days after planned delivery, which is 5 days after your order.
In case of returning or exchanging your product, you are responsible and must cover the cost of sending the good back to Tatchies, in its original condition.
Security Information
§1 Frauds
Tatchies works to prevent frauds. Should we suspect a fraud attempt, we will postpone the delivery until you as the customer have been identified. In such cases, your delivery may take a little longer than expected delivery time. Tatchies hope that you will excuse us in doing so since these processes are conducted for your own security.
All attempts of fraud are reported to the police.
§2 The webshop
Tatchies’ webshop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is a protocol for secure transfer of data over the Internet. The protocol handles the encryption of the information that is sent and obstructs tortious people to read or get hold of it.
Certain setups are necessary in order to enable SSL. This is however the standard in all the common web browsers such as Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox since a long time back.

§3 Account information
Tatchies does not save any information concerning your debit or credit card, or the information provided when paying by invoice. All information is sent with encryption using https and SSL-secured servers. Tatchies’ payment service providers (the receiver of the secure information) is PayPal.
